1. Nature of Digital Products

All Noir & Numeri products are delivered digitally via email or download link. Personalised readings are prepared manually and sent within 24 hours, though delivery times may extend during busy periods.

2. Refunds

• All digital products - including personalised numerology readings - are non-refundable.

• Under UK consumer law, personalised digital goods are exempt from cancellation rights.

• However, if you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days so we can review and attempt to resolve your concern.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide accurate personal information (name, date of birth, email)

• Ensure their email inbox is functioning and able to receive attachments

If you do not receive your digital product within the expected timeframe, you are responsible for contacting us so we can resend the material.
