Digital Product Policy

Applies to personalised readings, e-books, and digital guides.

1. Nature of Digital Products

All Noir & Numeri products are delivered digitally via email or download link. 

​

​Personalised readings are prepared manually and are typically delivered within one business day from receipt of the customer’s required details. Delivery times may be longer during busy periods.

​

 

2. Refunds

Due to the digital and personalised nature of our products, sales are generally considered final. Under UK consumer law, personalised digital goods and electronically delivered content are exempt from standard cancellation rights.

 

If you believe there has been a genuine issue with your order, such as a delivery error or a clear problem with the content provided, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and where a reasonable issue is identified, a refund may be offered.

 

Where a refund is not appropriate, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the concern.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate personal information (name, date of birth, email)

  • Ensure their email inbox is functioning and able to receive attachments

  • Check spam and promotions folders

 

Noir & Numeri are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or inbox issues.

4. Intellectual Property

All digital content remains the intellectual property of Noir & Numeri.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, reproduce, or share publicly any reading or digital product without explicit written permission.

5. No Guarantees or Outcomes

Numerology readings are interpretive and intended for personal insight. Noir & Numeri does not guarantee:

  • Predictive outcomes

  • Future events

  • Emotional, financial, or relational results

  • Any specific effect derived from using the content

 

Readings are not a substitute for professional services such as psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice.

6. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your digital product within the expected timeframe, you are responsible for contacting us so we can resend the material.

7. Updates to Digital Products

Digital products may be revised or updated from time to time. Purchases grant access to the version available at the time of purchase only, unless otherwise stated.
