Yes. If you're ordering as a gift, simply enter the recipient's details in the reading form rather than your own. We'll guide you through how they'll access it once it's ready.

Yes - your reading is uploaded securely to your Noir & Numeri account, so you'll need to create one to access it. You can do this any time using the email address you used at checkout.

Where can I access my reading after I receive it? Will it always be available?

Your reading stays saved in your account, so you're welcome to return to it whenever you like.

We take care in every reading. If something genuinely hasn't landed as expected, you're welcome to get in touch within 7 days of delivery and we'll review your concern.

What if I made a mistake with my birth details?

Just get in touch as soon as possible after ordering. If your reading hasn't been created yet, we can update your details. If it's already been completed, we'll do our best to accommodate a correction - please reach out and we'll talk you through it.

Do my numbers change over time, or will future readings differ?

Your core numbers (Life Path, Soul Urge, Personality, Expression) are fixed and will not change. Numbers based on the calendar year, such as your Personal Year, do update annually.
